Hi everyone I am Chloe! I am the proud owner and esthetician/cosmetologist behind Elizabeth Rose! I have had my license since 2012 and started off doing hair, years later discovered lashes and absolutely fell in love! Beauty has always been a passion of mine, as a young girl I used to always do my cousins hairs & makeup, it’s always something I had an eye for. I am obsessed with doing lashes and how they can really help boost someone’s confidence. I personally just love helping others. 💕
