Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hour for cancellation.
•Less than 24 hours notice: Will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
•No-shows: Will be charged 100% of the reserved amount.
•Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 mins late, we may need to reschedule to ensure quality of your lashes and your deposit will be forfeited.
